one is based upon the needs of the users of the network, and emphasizes the
day-to-day operational skills required by the user of the network.
Level
Two
Level
two is based upon the day-to-day needs of the network administrator and
emphasizing the activities required to maintain and administer the network, such
as adding and deleting users, managing user accounts, performing system backups,
and managing printers.
Level Three
Level
three is based upon the needs of the local network support personnel and
emphasizes problem determination, error correction, and network modification.
